With a massive 18-car product offensive planned for 2009, Toyota should have been one of the stars of this year's London show. But there's a clue in the timing; 2008 is a quiet year for Toyota, with a lull before next year's storm of new models. What’s new on Toyota’s London motor show stand?
The Audi Sport Quattro Concept will be shown at Frankfurt as a spiritual successor to the 1980s rallying legend. This time, the road-going version can muster 0-62mph in a stonking 3.7sec and top 189mph thanks to its 690bhp drivetrain.
Haven’t we seen an Audi Quattro Concept before? Yes – but this is a different take on the 2010 Quattro concept, and may make it into showrooms.

It may still be four months away, but the pace of the PR for the Goodwood Festival of Speed has been turned up a notch this week. We did a piece on the Goodwood Moving Motor Show which will precede the Festival of Speed this last weekend, but it makes sense to bring you up to date with what we currently know will be happening at the FoS.
